iCAN mempersembahkan sebuah performance oleh Fernanda Lago dan Pilar Rocha, dua seniman muda dari Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Lago dan Rocha tengah berada di Yogyakarta untuk mengikuti residensi bersama kelompok Tenggara.
Performance mereka akan berfokus pada pengamatan dan aspek-aspek ingatan mereka tentang Indonesia—sebuah negeri di mana suara adzan bisa didengar bersamaan dengan suara kokok ayam, di mana seseorang bisa dirampok di kamar hotel (ketika ia keluar kamar). Semua hal itu terjadi dalam perjalanan mereka ke Indonesia dan merupakan sumber bagi presentasi mereka.

iCAN presents a performance by Brazilian artists Fernanda Lago and Pilar Rocha, two young artists from Rio de Janeiro. Lago and Rocha are in Yogyakarta attending a residency with Tenggara group.
This performance will focus on their Indonesian observations and will refer to aspects of their record—this is a country where the call for pray can be heard simultaneously with the rooster’s singing, where one can be robbed inside the hotel room (when out)—all these things constitute their trip to Indonesia and will serve as source for their presentation.
